Well right now I am thinking about being a lawyer. The problem is that I don’t know any lawyers or anyone who knows a lawyer. I would really like to know about the occupation and was hoping you would help me. Please include as much as you know like salary, daily routine and other things. Hope your explanation would really help me to make up my mind THANKS!

Answer by die_laffing Lawyers LIE a lot, and defend people they KNOW are guilty.
If you are OK with that, then go for it. They make a lot of $$ in private practice, but if they work for the gov’t (aka the good guys) they make about the same as a teacher does.
If you can sleep at night getting a killer to go free, there’s a LOT of money in it.

I need a lawyer so I can sue a condo association for negligence due to not repairing the roof and damaging the sale of the condo.

Answer by goz1111 what you want is a real estate lawyer that has experience in HOA or Condos it should not be that hard can always call your local bar to find lawyer who are certified in that area, but it will not be cheap

Send a letter to local law firms stating that you are interested in an internship. The details of timing will have to be worked out (do you have another job, what are your school hours, etc.) but it’s completely possible that you can get some intern hours in – and it may turn into a paid position at some point (like while you’re in law school).

Answer by laughter_every_day yes. lots of companies are in the business of buying debt for pennies on the dollar and then making a profit by collecting the debt for its full value. You, too, can buy and sell contract rights.
